We are thrilled to start our 17th annual Winefest but it doesn’t happen without Spirit. To become part of our event we ask you complete the above forms (please see that the city application must be notarized). We also ask that you send us a copy of your State No Tax Due status, picture of your state license, as well as a copy of your insurance. We are happy to submit both your city and county applications and will pay for those two fees. You will be responsible for the submission of the State Picnic License. We will send the city invitational letter to the state as soon as we receive it.
